Ladies Auxiliary Post #5246 Catering Services

The Ladies Auxiliary is available to cater meals when someone rents the VFW hall.

The following is a list of options for the catering service:

Prices are listed as "per person".

Meals can include mashed potatoes or red skin potatoes, gravy, green vegetable or corn, salad, tea, coffee, rolls and dessert. (wedding receptions do not get dessert).

A Catering Contract MUST be signed by Auxiliary Representative and Represenative of Participating orginization.

Fried Chicken (thighs & breasts)	$13.50
Ham or Roast Beef or Pork roast	$11.50
Stuffed Chicken Breast	$12.00
Chicken Cordon Blu	$12.50

IF ONE OF YOUR MEATS IS FRIED CHICKEN ADD AN ADDITIONAL $2.00 PER PERSON TO THE PRICE.

Two meats - $15.00
Three meats - $17.00

Per Person

Wing Dings	$2.50
Crab Dip	$3.00
Crab Balls	$4.00
Meatballs	$1.50
Veg Tray	$1.00
Fruit Tray (Variety & price may vary according to season)	$1.00
Cheese and Crackers	$1.00
Chips and Dip	$1.00
BBQ or Whiskey Dogs	$1.50
The following items may be added for an additional charge per person as listed below:

Baked Pineapple	$1 .50
Dumplings	$1.50
Broccoli Casserole	$1.50
Green Bean Casserole	$1.50
Macaroni and Cheese	$1.50
Pasta Salad	$1.50

All the above are available upon request when contract is signed.

Real Plates and Silverware Can Be Requested at an Additional $.50 Per Person.

All the are available apon request when contract is drawn up & signed.

A head count must be given 30 days prior to event. Head count must be paid for. For example:

100 people guaranteed and 75 show up, 100 must be paid for, as food is purchased for 100 people. Payment due 30 days prior to event.
